The Bizer Law Firm fights for the Civil Rights of all Americans. The firm concentrates on promoting access for the disabled and minority groups as well as protecting consumer rights. Since founding the firm in New Orleans in 2010, we have developed a national presence with local partnerships in several states. We also work with attorneys fluent in sign language who can assist our deaf and hard of hearing clients.

The Bizer Law firm is one of a small number of Louisiana law firms that concentrate enforcing the rights of disabled persons under The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Fair Housing Act. The Bizer Law Firm is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities receive full access to public and private facilities. This includes any and all retail, commercial, and housing locations in Louisiana. It is our mission to ensure that those who own and control these types of facilities not discriminate against the disabled.
